Nick Jones, MA, is a distinguished dog behaviourist and the founder of Alpha Dog Behaviour. With over 20 years of experience, Nick has handled more than 2,000 dog behaviour cases, earning a reputation for his expertise and effectiveness in addressing a wide range of canine issues. He specializes in managing aggression, separation anxiety, excessive barking, predatory chasing, and various fears and phobias, using positive reinforcement techniques tailored to each dog's unique needs.
Nick is an accredited member of the Canine and Feline Behaviour Association UK and holds a Master's degree in Professional Practice in Canine Behaviour and Psychology. He also serves as an expert witness in legal cases involving dogs, providing professional assessments and court testimony. Additionally, Nick is active in the media, contributing his knowledge to TV, radio, and online publications.

The bond that forms through training is incredibly rewarding and seeing a once-challenged dog become a confident, happy companion alongside a proud, empowered owner is why I love what I do. My passion for dog training stems from a deep desire to foster understanding and harmony between dogs and their humans. I believe every dog and owner deserves a chance to thrive, and through compassionate training, we can unlock their potential together. I’m every bit as motivated to help dogs and their owners live better lives together now as I was when I first started out in the field of dog behaviour and training.
